"Born in the backroom of a working salon, where colorists mix bowls at 7 AM and the air smells like developer and espresso."

Formule is a professional-grade color and treatment line written for the people who read ingredient lists the way sommeliers read vineyard labels. Not for everyone — for the few who understand that the formula is everything.

Act 01 — Raw Ingredients

Pigment. Bond. Oil.

Every formula begins with ingredients that earn their place.

We source cosmetic-grade pigment powders from three suppliers who've spent decades refining particle size. Our bond-repair complex — 18 amino acid chains — was developed over two years with a pharmaceutical chemist in Lyon. The oils? Cold-pressed argan from a single Moroccan cooperative, nothing blended, nothing diluted.

Act 02 — The Mixing

Grams. Not Guesses.

Precision is the difference between a formula and a guess.

Every Formule product ships with a gram-weight formula card. Not "a palmful." Not "to consistency." Grams. Our colorists weigh developer at 0.1g increments on jeweler's scales. The swirl in the bowl matters — fold, don't stir, to keep the emulsion intact. This is what separates professionals from everyone else.

Act 03 — The Application

Foils. Clock. Craft.

The salon chair is where the formula meets the real world.

Controlled placement. Foils pulled taut at the exact angle that reads the natural fall. The timer running in your head. Formule's viscosity is calibrated for horizontal application — it doesn't bleed, doesn't migrate, doesn't oxidize faster than your sectioning. The formula holds its position because it was designed to.

From the Chair

What working colorists
actually say.

I've tried every professional line on the market. Formule is the first one where I don't have to adjust the formula card — the gram weights are accurate, the processing times are honest, and the results are consistent chair to chair.

My backbar used to be a graveyard of half-used tubes from three different lines. Since switching to Formule, I've cut my color inventory by 40% and my client satisfaction scores have gone up. The system actually works as a system.

The bond-repair additive changed how I approach bleach work. My clients are reporting less breakage, and I'm seeing less porosity damage at follow-up appointments. The chemistry is legitimate.
